Sparking New Possibilities:

How Our AI-powered Icebreaker and Event Name Generators Boosted Remo’s Engagement

See it live on Remo.co

Impact

  • Axiom’s AI event name generator is now the highest-traffic page on Remo.co, with visitors using the tools between four and five times per session and engaging for an average of 15 minutes per session.

  • After launching the tools, Remo saw a surge in customer engagement, with a decrease in bounce rate to 21%.

Context

Remo, a digital events and conferencing platform, needed help generating interest in the latest version of their innovative online events platform. The Remo team was in search of solutions that would help them stand out in the market and inspire more users to plan their next online or hybrid event using their platform.

Challenge

Remo’s founder approached Axiom with his problem: they needed an AI-powered event name generator that could help prospective customers generate unique and creative event names based on Remo’s target audience and type of event they were planning. He wanted a solution that could save people time and simplify the event planning process, while also increasing brand engagement through an engaging and memorable user experience.

Solution

Using our "AI as a Service" approach, we got to work developing both an Event Name Generator and an Icebreaker Generator. These tools let visitors to Remo’s website come up with novel names and taglines for their events, and empower them to make their events fun, engaging, and memorable with unique icebreakers. Once generated, users could cycle through their previously generated event names or icebreakers for easy reference, and leaving their email address would let them generate even more free names and icebreakers and have the results conveniently sent to their inbox.

Implementation

We began by quickly implementing a Proof of Concept in our proprietary backend system in Vercel powered by ChatGPT3.5. We gave the Remo team an easily modifiable interface so they could confidently experiment with the setup and make changes on the fly to suit their needs.

Once we’d settled upon the proper categories and done some prompt engineering to fine-tune the output, we worked closely with Remo’s team of web developers to smoothly integrate both tools into their website, ensuring both the visual design and copywriting fit Remo’s tone and branding guidelines.
