Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team as an early hire. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the developer culture of the team, and therefore, someone who is a self-starter and takes initiative will be crucial. The Full-Stack Developer will be integral to the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions, contributing to both front-end and back-end development, and creating a seamless and user-friendly experience for our AI software developer's kit.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable front-end and back-end code.

  • Take responsibility for the ongoing development and maintenance of an interoperable set of AI-powered reusable components as part of our “AI-SDK” similar to Palantir AIP.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into functional software.

  • Implement security and data protection best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.

  • Contribute to the continual improvement of our development processes and methodologies.

  • Play a key role in shaping the developer culture, leading by example, and driving innovative practices.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - or if you’re a career pivoter, a robust online portfolio and Github of projects reflecting your expertise.

  • Able to communicate fluently in English.

  • Experience leading a team of developers to deliver software.

  • Experience presenting work to internal stakeholders/clients.

  • 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer.

  • Proficiency in (web) application development and associated best practices and principles of engineering, including common languages and frameworks, e.g., React, Node.js, Python etc.

  • Has ample experience turning Figma wireframes into working, beautiful, functional frontends.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ability to work independently.
